Abstract :

Bioceramics are inorganic bio materials used in medical and dental field. These materials producea layer of hydroxyapatite when they contact calcium and phosphate rich tissue fluids. These materials have high biocompatiblity, both osteoinductive and conductive providing a better sealing. Due to these properties, the scope of these materials and their use in operative dentistry and endodontics seems to be very promising
