In the context Bulacan Agricultural State College's (BASC) new mandate to transition into a university under Republic Act 11783, it is imperative to assess and evaluate the implementation of frontline services for graduate students to identify areas for enhancement and further address student welfare. The ongoing enhancement of services is essential for achieving and sustaining quality, prompting researchers to examine the degree of implementation, student satisfaction levels, and preferences about the services provided by the Office of Student Affairs and Services. Student satisfaction measurement is considered a strategic issue for educational institutions because satisfaction is similar to profit-and-loss accounting in business organizations. If satisfaction is high, then the university is making sizeable profits as a result of having provided students with knowledge, skills, and targeted abilities. The student will be contented with their academic achievement and their university life and will speak positively about the college because satisfaction is the ultimate goal of everyone. The respondents of the study were graduate students enrolled in the graduate programs, 68 female and 37 male students from the Colleges of Agriculture and of Education Graduates Studies. The majority of the respondents are enrolled in the Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management and the least are the students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Education, major in Mathematics. The study used the descriptive research design using a survey questionnaire. It was realized that most of the respondents observed that “student discipline” under Student Development was very highly implemented and they are very highly satisfied with “student development”. Although the respondents rated almost all the parameters as very highly implemented and very highly satisfied, the respondents suggested the earlier issuance of the student handbook, increasing students’ involvement in the development and revision of the student handbook, hiring of additional personnel that will assist during enrolment, information dissemination must be ahead of time, more good project/programs for the students that will develop them holistically and improve health services.
