1. making sure that all co-authors are satisfied with the final draft of a manuscript before proceeding to submit it to the Technoarete Transactions on Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine to be considered for publication. This includes ensuring that the details of all authors involved, including names, the order of authors, affiliation details, etc, are accurate;
2. handling the interests of all the co-authors involved by managing all lines of communication between the Technoarete Transactions on Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and the co-authors, both before and after the publication* of the article;
3. ensuring complete transparency on the re-usage of any material within the research article, and clearly stating the usage of unpublished material (for instance, manuscripts that may be in press) included within the manuscript, in a cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief of the Technoarete Transactions on Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine;
4. ensuring that all claims, acknowledgments, and transparency on data statements from authors involved, are included in the manuscript as required (see above).

*The responsibility of handling all lines of communication between the Technoarete Transactions on Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and all involved co-authors during submission, proofing, and publication, may be assigned to a 'Contact Author' or 'Submitting Author'. In such cases, it is important to ensure that the Corresponding Author is explicitly designated in the manuscript.
