Customer Knowledge Management on E-commerce Shopee Application

Abstract : In recent years, the e-commerce market in Thailand has continued to increase. This paper takes a furniture decoration store in Thailand that has been on the Shopee platform for 5 years as the research object. According to the evaluation of target customers, this paper analyzes customer pain points and proposes solutions. The effectiveness of the solution is then tested through After-Action Review, aiming to use customer knowledge management to improve the store's customer satisfaction.
