Abstract: Managing the pollution level caused by marine ships has become one of the serious matters of concern in the aspect of Indian pollution level. This study has focused on the invention of electrical marine ships to reduce the pollution level from the environment as well as save the fuel resources of India. Indian governmental legal factors also have been discussed in this tidy to identify the implementation of the regulations is whether maintained or not. Moreover, this study can help the readers to understand the effectiveness of the transformation of electrical marine ships to make zero carbon emissions.
