Abstract :In this study, all the necessary elements and aspects that are related to the online learning process have been discussed in a detailed manner to establish a better understanding of the online educational system. There is a detailed discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of the online educational system in this study. These advantages and disadvantages impact the academic career of the students both the ways positively and negatively. In this study, the positive impact of the online learning process has been discussed thoroughly and also the negative impacts have been discussed throughout the study. Apart from that, different objects that affect the infrastructure of the online educational system have been discussed in this. However, different strategies have been discussed in this study to recover the problems that are associated with the academic career of the students that get negatively affected due to the online educational system. Apart from that, secondary qualitative data collection methods have been implemented to collect data from authentic and reliable sources.
