Level of Acceptability of a Fabricated Motorcycle Clutch Bearing Race Remover

Abstract : This research assessed the acceptability of the newly developed motorbike clutch bearing race remover in relation to the efficiency of the remover as well as its longevity and functionality. Developed in order to overcome the problems associated with conventional means of removing the clutch-bearing races, which tend to lead to extended labour time and the possibility of damaging the races, this tool ensures safety as well as efficiency in removal of the said races. Utilising a quantitative descriptive methodology, the research was conducted on 60 respondents, who were automotive students, instructors, and technicians. They all were required to fill out the survey designed by the researcher. It was determined that the remover scored highly among all criteria of assessment. There were no statistically significant differences in the ratings between different groups of respondents.
